How do I connect my booking calendar?
01Open a property in Kathari and connect its Airbnb calendar link (an iCal URL). New bookings then appear automatically, and cleaning jobs are scheduled between stays.
Support for more booking platforms is coming. You can remove a connected calendar at any time without losing past jobs.
How do cleaners join? Do they pay?
02Invite a cleaner from your team page and they get a link to create their own account. Cleaners see the jobs you assign them, work through room-by-room checklists, and document their work with photos.
Cleaners never pay. Subscriptions apply to owner accounts only.
Can I use a cleaner who doesn't have an account?
03Yes. Send a one-off job link by email or text message. The cleaner opens the link, sees the checklist, and submits photos. No account or app install is needed on their end.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
04Owner accounts start with a 30-day free trial. After that, pick a plan on the web (billed by card) or in the iOS app (billed to your Apple ID). Plans renew monthly until canceled, and you can cancel anytime.
Manage your plan wherever you subscribed: web subscriptions from the Billing page, App Store subscriptions from your device's Settings. If you re-installed the app and your plan isn't showing, tap Restore in the app's Subscription Plan screen.
How do I delete my account?
05Go to Settings and choose Delete Account, available on both the web and the iOS app. Deleting your account removes your personal information. Job records shared with people you worked with are kept but no longer identify you.
I'm not receiving text messages or notifications
06Check that your phone number is verified in Settings, and review your notification preferences. Each type of update can be delivered by email, text, or push.
